Versatile Connectivity
The SX-N30AE is equipped with the phono MM input for a vinyl record player, as well as optical and coaxial digital inputs for connecting other audio sources.
DAB/DAB+ Radio with Optional USB Adapter
Enjoy radio broadcasts in crystal clear sound, free of interference. The SX-N30AE is compatible with the AS-DB100 optional USB DAB adapter, which lets you listen to various programmes by automatically tuning in to available stations.
Multi-room Audio Offers a Variety of Ways to Enjoy Music
FlareConnect shares audio from network and external audio* input sources between compatible components. Enjoy effortless multi-room playback of LP records, CDs, network music services, and more with supported components and speaker systems. Music selection, speaker grouping, and playback management across the home are built into the Pioneer Remote app**.

The SX-N30AE comes with Chromecast built-in, so you can use your mobile device to stream your favourite music, radio, or podcasts to your speaker. You can control the audio from anywhere in the house using Chromecast-enabled apps running on your personal device— iPhone, iPad, Android phone and tablet, Mac and Windows laptop, and Chromebook™. DTS Play-Fi®
DTS Play-Fi* wirelessly streams any audio content from any compatible mobile device to the SX-N30AE and DTS Play-Fi compatible audio systems, creating a multi-room system in your home. You can stream different sources to different speakers at the same time from the DTS Play-Fi App.

Intuitive Control with New Pioneer Remote App
Enjoy smooth control with album artwork using your beloved device. With the free Pioneer Remote App, you can use your iPad/iPhone/iPod touch or Android smartphone for operating the network audio player, or play back tunes stored on your device. You can also select internet radio stations, and play songs from your media server.

Bluetooth® Wireless Technology
With the built-in Bluetooth Wireless Technology(ver. 4.1 + LE), you can easily stream songs from compatible devices. The SX-N30AE features A2DP, AVRCP, HOGP-Host, HOGP-HID Device, and HID Service profiles, with support for SBC and AAC codec.
Dual Band Wi-Fi
Enjoy network features via wireless LAN connection. The built-in Wi-Fi is dual band, supporting both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz frequency channels. By using the 5 GHz band, you can enjoy steady and uninterrupted audio streaming.
Supports MQA high quality audio
SX-N30AE supports MQA, which fully authenticates and captures 100% of the original studio performance, while being compact size suitable for streaming and downloads. Enjoy high-quality MQA Audio via External HDD, NAS, and USB memory. MQA encoded music is available from various music streaming services such as TIDAL, and music download sites, such as Onkyo Music in the US, UK and Germany, and e-onkyo music in Japan.
